Lagoon

We finally took our annual trip to Lagoon. Brig was so excited to go on The Bat, only to find out he was still a hair too short, He was devastated. Jer stuffed his shoes with napkins and we were able to get him on. Brig was so excited throughout the whole line and kept telling everyone he was going on The Bat! The second Jer put him in the seat he burst into tears and begged to get off. By then it was too late! He loved it and begged to go again!
I don't know what I'd do without my Baby Girl Macoll. She was Conway's buddy all day and got him onto every ride. She has such a great attitude and is always willing to help. She was able to go on just about every roller coaster twice! (So Spoiled) She wouldn't even stop to eat!
Conway pretty much hated everything! He eventually got used to the Kiddie Rides but never really liked anything except the train.
All in all it was a great day. Lots to do and lots of fun. And of course it wasn't complete until Macoll and I got stuck on The Spider... :)

Baby Horse

It's finally here!! The new baby horse was born on July 9th! Grandpa called us up to let the grandkids know. He told them she was a girl and they needed to pick out a name. The kids liked "Missy" and we went to see her the very next day. She was only about 18 hours old and so sweet! The kids called her "Missy"for 3 days before Grandpa realized "Missy" was a boy!!! We'll have to figure out a new name...

4th of July

Okay, I'm new to this so you'll have to forgive the slide show. I promise, everything showed up right when I made it!! Anyway, the fourth was a blast and Jeremy nearly set the whole neighborhood on fire trying to let the kids have a turn. Actually, these fireworks were meant for the 24th of July, but Jer was too impatient, go figure!

The Beach

A beach in the middle of the country, I certainly wasn't expecting that!

Lake Michigan

Cedar Point

I think I'm getting the hang of these slide shows. Cedar Point! Highest roller coaster in the country, 2nd highest in the world. Good Times!!!

Museum of Science and Industry

Okay, I am obviously struggling with the slide shows. There were suppose to be Titles with the pictures and apparently I did it wrong. Better luck next time right? Anyway, below is a slide show of the Museum, and because there aren't any titles, let me fill you in. There was so much to do, we could have spent days and never finished seeing everything. Among the pictures you will find, a train yard, a trolley, an actual united airlines plane and cockpit, kids on the farm, a captured submarine from WWII, and a space capsule. We barely scratched the surface of the museum, the kids could have spent all day trying things out. It was a blast!!

Conway's Birthday

So, I finally got the slide show to work. I can't believe my baby is 1 year old. (Can I still call it baby fat if my 'baby' is a whole year old?) It was so fun and he was too cute!! Everyone spoiled him rotten and he'll be the best dressed kid in the neighborhood. Thank you all!!

Pro Pics June 2008

June 2008

Okay, I know this is a long time coming but we finally got family pictures done. I gave up on losing the baby weight and just decided to enjoy my kids.We started the month out on vacation. We visited family in Indiana and ended up in Sandusky Ohio at one of the greatest Roller Coaster parks in the country. (pictures to come) We hit the beach of Michigan Lake and toured Chicago. A very busy vacation. After which Jeremy allowed us to get family pictures done because he had facial hair. Dork. Since then we have just played catch up from being gone and enjoying the summer break.
